Bajaj Finance raises Rs 1,510 cr via NCDs

Bajaj Finance has raised Rs 1,510.90 crore by issuing non-convertible debentures (NCDs) on private placement basis.

The company has allotted 15,109 secured redeemable NCDs of Rs 10 lakh each to raise the amount, it said in a regulatory filing.

The bonds offer coupon rate of 7.85 per cent per annum.

Stock of Bajaj Finance closed 0.53 per cent up at Rs 1,174.10 on BSE.
