Being unemployed taught me important lesson: Natalie Dormer

Actress Natalie Dormer was once unemployed for 10 months and says it taught her an important lesson.

The 34-year-old actress stars in "Game of Thrones" and has appeared in "The Hunger Games" franchise but admitted that a promised three-film deal with Touchstone Pictures never happened, she was out of work and forced to take a job temping in an office, reported Daily Telegraph.

"I was properly unemployed for 10 months - temping in an office again to pay for Christmas presents. That was the best lesson I've ever learnt: you're never home and dry," she said.
