Bhishma Narain Singh's demise has left deep void in Cong: Rahul

Congress chief Rahul Gandhi today condoled the demise of former Union minister Bhishma Narain Singh, saying his passing away has left a deep void in the party.

Singh, a former Assam governor and an ex-Union minister, died at a private hospital in Noida last evening. He was 85.

"The passing away of Dr Bhishma Narain Singh former Governor and Union Minister leaves a deep void in the Congress Party. My condolences to his family in this time of grief. May his soul rest in peace," Gandhi tweeted.
