Opposition BJP today accused the Biju Janata Dal government of indulging in rampant corruption, as the Naveen Patnaik-led party completed four years in office of its fourth term.
Releasing a 72-page booklet containing 36 cases of corruption in Odisha, BJP state president Basanta Panda said, "This document is a proof of what the state government has done in the last 18 years."
Panda alleged that the chit fund scam flourished under the active patronage of the ruling BJD.
"We will launch a determined fight against the corrupt BJD till its ouster after the 2019 general elections," he said.
