Appreciating Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 'Gram Uday Se Bharat Uday' campaign, BJP national secretary Shrikant Sharma said the country is bound to develop if rural India prospers.
"The foundation for the development of rural India is being laid under the stewardship of Modi since India would develop if development of the villages would get the priority," Sharma said after listening to the Prime Minister's speechamongst locals of Ganesara village today as part of a program chaired by village Pradhan Leela Pandit.
The event was attended by prominent leaders of the party including District President Dr D P Goyal, former minister Ravi Kant Garg, former MLA Ajai Poiya, Devendra Sharam and Ram Kishan Pathak.
"Our country is bound to present a new look, if rural India gets face-liftas per wishes of the Prime Minister," he said stressing on the need of farmers getting modern means of agriculture.
