At least three youth leaders of BJP were today taken into preventive custody here by the police for showing black flags to Odisha's employment and technical education and training minister Sanjay Dasburma.
Demonstrating against Dasburma for his alleged involvement in the chit fund scam, the BJP workers had earlier threatened to protest his visit to the city.
The minister was here to attend a function at the Bhubanananda School of Engineering on the occasion of World Youth Skill Day.
