Bodhtree Consulting today said it has acquired IT and IT enabled services of Bodhtree Consulting LLC (Texas, USA), which is 100 per cent controlled by Bodhtree Solutions PTE Ltd, Singapore.
The objective of acquisition is to expand the operations overseas and thereby tapping new customers, a release said.
The indicative time period for completion of the acquisition is 12 months and the current turn over the company for FY18 was Rs 25 crore, which would be revenue accretive for Bodhtree Consulting, it added.

Tata Motors today rolled out the 50,000th unit of its first compact SUV, Nexon, from its Ranjangaon manufacturing unit near Pune.
The first batch of the five-seater SUV from the Ranjangaon facility was brought out in July 2017, while the new vehicle was launched in the same year in September.
"Tata Motors today rolled out the 50,000th Nexon at from Ranjangaon facility," the company said in a release.
The SUV has recently received four stars from Global NCAP based on the crash test results done by the UK-based vehicle safety group.
