Body of a girl recovered

A body of a

two-year-old girl, who went missing since Saturday, was recovered from a well on Sunday, police today said.

The victim girl, Juhi Kumari was abducted on and killed by unidentified persons from a paddy field Saturday, police said adding that the killers have dumped the body in a nearby well to conceal the evidences.

The body has been sent for post-mortem, sources said.

The victim's father Manish Yadav has lodged a named FIR under Nagarutari police station against two villagers-Chokhu Yadav and Surendra Gupta.

Manish told police that the duo have killed Juhi because of personal enmity with him.
