'Bold and the Beautiful' star hit by a car

'Bold and the Beautiful' star Linsey Godfrey underwent surgery after she was hit by a car.

The actress, who plays the role of Caroline Spencer on the drama, was struck on Monday afternoon while walking down a street. The car had apparently careened onto the sidewalk after colliding with another vehicle, reported People magazine.

The 26-year-old was rushed to a hospital and according to a spokeswoman Godfrey's injuries were limited to her ankles and she is expected to make a full recovery.
