Boxes with bullets found in the Krishna river

Two boxes containing bullets which are not live were retrieved from the Krishna river in Korti village in the district, police said.

Fisherman and villagers found the boxes and informed about it, police said, adding bomb and dog squads visited the site.

Superintendent of Police Yeda Martin Marbnag visited the spot.
