Brazilian currency notes seized

Four persons, including three women, were arrested for possessing Brazilian currency notes at Erwadi near here today.

"It is not immediately known whether the currency notes Real seized from the gang were real or fake notes", police told PTI.

Two of them were from Sivakasi where printing of fake notes used to be very common.

Police refused to divulge the quantity of notes seized.
