Brolin photographed kissing his assistant

'Men in Black 3' star Josh Brolin was photographed kissing his assistant Kathryn Boyd in Rome.

The 46-year-old actor was photographed getting cosy with Boyd, who reportedly worked as his assistant, reported People magazine.

Brolin and his former wife Diane Lane divorced last year after eight years of marriage.

The Oscar nominee, who checked into rehab last November, is in Italy to shoot for 'Everest', a film about mountain climbers who met with accident atop the peak in 1996.
