BSF recovers 3 Pak sim cards, heroin in Jammu border

Heroin, worth Rs 10 crore in the international market, three Pakistani mobile sim cards were recovered by the BSF along the Indo-Pak border in Jammu district, officials said today.

Some suspected elements from across the border had kept three Pak sim cards, one mobile phone and heroin in a paddy dump in an agriculture field between pillar number 890-891 in Korotana Khurd forward village in R S Pura border belt of Jammu district last evening, they said.

Troops of 94 Battalion of BSAF, after getting an specific information, recovered heroin and the sim cards, they said, adding that they have also detained four villagers, who had collected the paddy by a tractor.
