Border Security Force (BSF) today repatriated a Pakistan national, who had crossed over to the Indian Territory inadvertently, without registering a criminal case against him.

According to BSF, Pakistani national Rizwan (25), a resident of District Nankana Sahib, was apprehended by BSF at Border Out Post Roranwala on Indian side.

During questioning, Rizwan revealed that he had left his house due to some family disputes and inadvertently crossed the International Boundary.

Nothing objectionable except Pakistani currency Rs 50 was recovered from his possession, said an official.

Pakistani Rangers were contacted and he was handed over to them on humanitarian ground.
