BSF to carry out special patrolling along Jaisalmer border

The Border Security Force will start a special intensive patrolling campaign, "Operation Alert Sard Hawa" on the border areas here from tomorrow.

The campaign will continue till January 28, an official said.

Officers and jawans of all branches will take part in the operation which will be undertaken on the border areas looking at the possibilities of intrusion from across the border due to the fog, DIG BSF B S Rajpurohit said.

He informed that there would be an intensive round-the-clock vehicle and camel patrolling.
