BSP today expelled former MP Jagdish Singh Rana and suspended sitting MLA Mahavir Singh Rana from the legislature party on disciplinary grounds.
Sitting MLA from Behat, Sahranpur, Mahavir Singh Rana was suspended from the legislature party on disciplinary grounds and indulging in anti-party activities, BSP National General Secretary Swami Prasad Maurya said in a statement.
Jagdish Singh Rana, a former MP from Sahranpur, has been expelled from the party on similar charges, Maurya said.
