Case against unknown person for cow abduction

A case has been filed against an unidentified person for alleged abduction of a cow and firing here, police said today.

Police spokesperson said Shyambeer, a resident of Sector-3 here filed a complaint on Sunday claiming that he was fired upon by the accused after he objected seeing them pushing a cow into a pickup truck.

The accused fled after firing shots, the official said.
