Five assailants allegedly
looted Rs 15,000 at gunpoint from a cashier of state power department in the district, police said today.
The incident took place last evening when five assailants on bikes intercepted Rajesh Garg's car who was carrying the cash to his office headquarters near Sujru power house, Circle Officer Tejvir Singh said.
The matter is under investigation. However, no arrests have been made so far, the officer said.
