'Magic Mike' star Channing Tatum is worried about singer Justin Bieber, who has been hitting headlines for his run-ins with neighbours and paparazzi.
The 33-year-old actor, who worked as a stripper before being discovered by a talent scout, believes fame may have an adverse effect on the young singer, the Vanity Fair reported.
"I do believe that whatever age you become famous, you end up staying that age. I worry about Bieber, man. That kid's wildly talented. I hope he doesn't fall down into the usual ways of young kids because it' so hard for someone to be responsible when they're not asked to be," Tatum said.
Tatum, who became a father recently, said it is easy to become dependent on people once you become famous.
"We're not asked to do things ourselves. You have someone there with a coffee. 'You want food? I'll get you food'," Tatum said.
Bieber is one of the most famous young stars in Hollywood after being discovered through YouTube at the age of 14 but the star shares an uneasy relationship with the media. Bieber has been in news for his on and off relationship with Selena Gomez, for speeding and arriving late for his concerts.
