Charges framed against Speaker in model code of conduct case

The charges were framed in the court of judicial magistrate D R Tirkey against Singh and another BJP leader Gama Singh that they had pasted posters and banners at the Morabadi ground allegedly violating the model code of conduct.

The two leaders, who had secured bail in the case earlier, were present in the court.
