Finance Minister P Chidambaram today reduced duties on automobiles and other items of regular use by consumers while sparing the common man from price hikes on others except for a marginal increase on entry level mobile phones in the tax proposals in the interim Budget 2014-15.

Following is a list of some of the popular products that will be cheaper and costlier:
