Actor Chris Pratt is being lined up to star in 'Jurassic World'.
The 34-year-old rising Hollywood leading man, who will be the star of next year's Marvel superhero movie 'Guardians of the Galaxy', is in "early talks" to star in Colin Trevorrow's eagerly anticipated dinosaur movie, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Pratt is being considered for the male lead role in the movie, playing a rugged ex-military man who develops a relationship with the already-cast Bryce Dallas Howard.
'Labor Day' star Josh Brolin was initially linked to the role, but it's thought his discussions with movie studio Universal didn't go very far.
Pratt is best known for small parts in movies and TV shows including sitcom 'Parks and Recreation'.
