City Corpn commissioner Korlapati hands over charge

: Outgoing Mangaluru City Corporation commissioner Hephsiba Rani Korlapati has handed over charge to joint commissioner Gokuldas Nayak.

Korlapati, who handed over charge last night, has been transferred as chief executive officer of Vijayapura zilla panchayat.

She had assumed charge as MCC commissioner on December 31 last and had earned popularity for being an efficient administrator.

Shivamogga city corporation commissioner A R Ravi has been named as her successor, official sources said.
