Clear weather, below-normal temperatures in Delhi

Delhi witnessed a clear sky and below-normal temperatures on Monday.
The city recorded a minimum temperature of 12.6 degrees Celsius and a maximum temperature of 26.7 degrees Celsius, four notches below normal for this time of the year.
The mercury was expected to touch the 30 degrees Celsius-mark on Thursday, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said.
The national capital has already received 109 mm rains in March -- an all-time record. Light rains are expected between March 21 and March 23 due to a fresh western disturbance.
Barring it, the weather will remain mostly dry on the remaining days of March, the IMD said.
