Delhi'ites today woke up to cloudy yet humid morning, with the minimum temperature settling at 29.6 degree Celsius, two notches above the season's average.
According to the MeT department, humidity level recorded at 8.30 AM was 79 per cent.
The weatherman has predicted light rains in some areas later in the day.
"The skies will remain partly cloudy. Light rains may occur in some parts of the city. The maximum temperature is expected to hover around 33 degrees Celsius," an official of the department said.
Yesterday, the minimum temperature had settled at 28.5 degree Celsius, while the maximum was recorded at 36.2 degrees Celsius.
