CNG buses for Ludhiana and Jalandhar

Announcing this here today, state minister Bhagat Chunni Lal said these CNG vehicles will be run as city buses and the state government has signed an agreement with the Gas Authority of India Limited for the purpose.

"If everything goes according to plan, then in next six months CNG buses will be rolled out in these two cities. Work on gas pipeline is going on to set up CNG depots," he said.
