Comfortable weather in capital as mercury dips

The maximum temperature was recorded at 32.6 degrees Celsius, which is three degrees less than normal for this time of the season, while the minimum settled at 25.3 degrees C, a notch less than normal, the MeT office said.

The city has been witnessing heavy to moderate showers for the past three days, though rain gauges recorded just 0.6 mm of rainfall from 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM today.

Humidity was recorded between 77 and 100 per cent.

The MeT office has forecast similar weather conditions for tomorrow as well.
