A complaint was today filed against a senior manager of Kribhco, a multi-state cooperative society, for remaining not attending the training session for the upcoming assembly elections.
District Election Officer Makhan Lal Gupta filed a complaint at Sector 20 police station here, asking them to lodge an FIR against Vikram Singh, Senior Manager at Kribhco who was appointed as presiding officer, after he was found absent from the training session, a senior official said.

Gupta, also the Chief Development Officer, asked the police to lodge an FIR against Singh, under section 134 of Representation of People Act 1951.
