Cong expels 3 councillors in Tonk Nagar Parishad

Rajasthan Pradesh Congress Committee today expelled three newly-elected councillors of Tonk Nagar Parishad from the party for alleged anti-party activities, a party spokesperson said here.
The three councillors - Mukhtyar Ali, Nisar Ahmed and Mrs Kavita Singhal - were expelled from the primary membership of the party for six years for anti-party activities, the spokesperson said, adding state Congress president Sachin Pilot took the decision.
In another order, the RPCC president expelled Surajbhan Meena, a local leader of Todabheem Block in Karauli district, for his indecent behaviour with senior party leaders during the membership campaign in October 2014, the spokesperson said.
