Constable booked for harassment

A 40-year-old constable was today booked on charges of harassing school-going girls while on patrol duty in Tirunelveli district, police said.

A complaint was received from a principal of a school at Kalakadu here, and its girl students against constable Ganesan, police said, adding, a case has been registered .

Investigation in this connection is on, police said.
