Delhiiites woke up to a cool, misty morning with minimum temperature going further down to 15 degrees Celsius, a notch below normal for this time of the year.
"The minimum temperature was recorded at 15 degrees Celsius. Mist was observed in parts of city including Safdurjang and Palam," said a MeT department official.
Relative humidity was recorded at 86 per cent at 8.30 AM, he said.
