Cop shot dead

A police constable was today

allegedly shot dead by some unidentified men in Bagpat district, police said.

Vikram Bhati (50) was shot by the miscreants while he was on duty in industrial locality in Badaut area in the district, they said.

He was rushed to the hospital where he was declared brought dead by the doctors, police said, adding that a case has been registered in this regard.
