Court issues contempt notice to SHO

A local court here today issued a notice to the SHO of Laxmangarh police station for contempt of court and summoned him to the court tomorrow.

The notice of contempt of court was issued on not releasing a vehicle which was seized in a murder case.

The court had directed the SHO, Mukesh Kanungo, to release the vehicle few days ago.

Hearing a petition, the court today issued notice and directed the SHO to appear in the court tomorrow.
