A sessions court today rejected the anticipatory bail application of Prince Tuli, estranged husband of former Miss World Yukta Mookhey, and granted him protection from arrest for two weeks for approaching the Bombay High Court.

Mookhey had accused Prince Tuli of unnatural sex among other offences in a complaint filed with suburban Amboli police station on July 3 this year.

"The court has rejected anticipatory bail application of Tuli and granted him two-week protection from arrest for approaching the Bombay High Court," said public prosecutor J S Desai.

Meanwhile, the court has granted pre-arrest bail to Mookhey's in laws, whom she had accused of cruelty, after their lawyer argued they had cooperated with the investigation so far.

Mookhey had told the court that her mobile phone containing some videos of the couple was in Tuli's possession and expressed apprehension that he might make them public.
