Extending losses for the second day, crude palm oil prices shed 0.25% to Rs 443.00 per 10 kg in futures trade today as speculators offloaded positions due to sluggish demand in the spot market.
At the Multi Commodity Exchange, crude palm oil for delivery in May declined by Rs 1.10, or 0.25%, to Rs 443.00 per 10 kg in a business turnover of 14 lots.
Likewise, the oil for delivery in April traded lower by 80 paise, or 0.18%, to Rs 441.00 per 10 kg in 42 lots.
Market analysts said offloading of positions by participants amid weak demand in the spot market against adequate stocks position mainly influenced crude palm oil prices at futures trade.

Likewise, the oil for delivery in April traded lower by 80 paise, or 0.18%, to Rs 441.00 per 10 kg in 42 lots.
Market analysts said offloading of positions by participants amid weak demand in the spot market against adequate stocks position mainly influenced crude palm oil prices at futures trade.
