CSE index rises 6.12 points

The CSE-40 index closed at 6663.41 points after opening at 6657.24 points.

Infosys Technologies gained 10 paise after opening at Rs 2560.30. The scrip closed at Rs 2560.40.

Reliance Industries lost Rs 4.10 and closed at Rs 838.

State Bank of India lost Rs 4.35 and closed at Rs 2237.60.

Tata Steel lost Rs two after opening at Rs 405. The scrip closed at Rs 403.
