Dabang Mumbai coach Altenburg gets one match ban

Dabang Mumbai head coach Valentin Altenburg has been handed one-match ban for "inappropriately" disputing umpires' decisions his team's match against Uttar Pradesh Wizards in Mumbai.

The Disciplinary Committee met after the game yesterday and found Altenburg to have breached the code of conduct.

During the meeting, Altenburg accepted his provocative behaviour.

He will not sit for the next match against Kalinga Lancers in Bhubaneswar tomorrow.
