Press Trust of India Amritsar
Radical Sikh outfit Dal Khalsa today criticised Prime Minister Manmohan Singh for the release of a postage stamp in memory of former Punjab Chief Minister Beant Singh.

Criticising the Prime Minister's remarks that "he (Beant Singh) brought the state to normalcy after years of terrorist violence", Dal Khalsa spokesperson Kanwar Pal Singh said the Punjab leader as a "tyrant" and extra-judicial killings were order of the day during his regime.

By honouring such a person the Congress has time and again proved that it hasn't learnt any lesson from its past blunders and still continues to hold anti-Sikh agenda, the Dal Khalsa spokesperson said.
