The woman from village Taina has filed a written complaint to District Magistrate here against Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM) of Siyana K B Singh, who has denied the charge.
According to complainant, she met the SDM last Wednesday to tell him about the problems of her village Fair Price Shop. The SDM allegedly promised to solve all her problems and asked her to come at latter's guest house at Siyana in the evening, officials said.
The woman created a uproar in SDM Court at Siyana following the alleged incident. The SDM, meanwhile, denied the charge and alleged that it was a conspiracy to malign him.
