3-year-old 'Dancing Phoenix' ably ridden by S Zervan won the Governor's Cup distance about 1200 metres, the main event of the 9th day Monsoon Races held here today.
The winner is trained by Todywalla.
Eight first favourites obliged in a card of 9 events.
