Dave Bautista is set to star in action thriller film "Escape Plan 2".
The movie is currently prepping for a production, which will begin this spring.
However, plot details are still kept under wraps, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The "Guardians of the Galaxy" star is joining Sylvester Stallone, who will reprise his role as Ray Breslin in the follow-up to 2013's movie "Escape Plan".
In the first film, Breslin is a prison-security specialist who finds himself in a near-impenetrable facility. He teams up with an inmate named Emil Rottmayer (Arnold Schwarzenegger) for a bold escape plan.
The upcoming prison break movie will be directed by Steven C Miller. It will be produced by Randall Emmett, George Furla, Mark Canton and Zack Schiller.
Meanwhile, Ted Fox, Mark Stewart, Barry Brooker and Stan Wertlieb will executive produce the project. Miles Chapman, who wrote the first movie, will pen the screenplay for the sequel.
