'Deadly' rocket attack on Iran exiles near Baghdad: UN

A rocket attack on an Iranian exile group housed at a camp near Baghdad today resulted in fatalities, a United Nations spokeswoman said, the second deadly attack on the camp this year.

"I can confirm that there was a deadly attack," UN spokeswoman Eliana Nabaa told AFP. "We don't have the figures but yes, people were killed and injured."

A police colonel, who spoke on condition of anonymity, put the toll at three dead and 11 wounded from six mortars.
