The Spaark foundation and the United Shuttler Badminton Academy (USBA) will be organising the Delhi State Ranking Badminton Tournament from July 12 to July 16 at the Yamuna Sports Complex.
A total of 1200 players will be participating in different categories which include boys singles, doubles and girls singles, doubles in U-13, U-15, U-17 and U-19 group, while the U-19 will also have mixed doubles. A special above 45 category is also added to the competition.
The championship, which is conducted under the Delhi Capital Badminton Association, will have 26 events and the prize money for the tournament is Rs. 10 lacs.
The organisers will also honour 26 selected Indian players from the field of Hockey and Badminton who have made the state proud in different national and International tournaments.
