DJB extends rebate scheme

Delhi Jal Board today decided to extend the 30 per cent rebate scheme on actual arrears up to March 31 if the outstanding dues are paid by that date.

Earlier, DJB had announced that the scheme would close on January 1.

The Board also said it will waive the late payment surcharge (LPSC) on accumulated arrears of residents of slums and resettlement colonies if the dues are paid by March 31.
