A doctor couple was allegedly strangulated to death at their nursing home-cum-residence in the Jiyanpur area here, police sources said today.
Vinod Kumar Yadav (35) and his wife Sangeeta (40) were today morning found dead at their residence in the Lalghat Bazar area by their domestic help, police said.
Police said that the hands and legs of both the deceased were found tied up and prima facie it seemed that the duo was strangulated to death.
The motive behind the double murder is not clear, police added.
