Hindi newspaper 'Rastriya Naveen Mail' launched its e-paper here today.
Former External Affairs minister Yashwant Sinha, who was the chief guest, launched the portal.
Jharkhand Urban Development Minister C P Singh and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Saryu Roy were present as special guests on the occasion.
