Efforts on to pull out girl stuck in borewell

Rescue operations continued for the second day today to pull out a six-year-old girl stuck in an over 100-feet deep borewell in Alwar district.

"Rescue team is making efforts to pull out the girl through a hook attacked with a rope lowered into the borewell because a separate digging parallel to the borewell is not possible," police said.

The girl had fallen into the borewell near Rajgarh town on Tuesday night.
