Elderly couple killed as tractor overturns

An elderly couple was killed when a tractor overturned in Mahrauni tehsil here, police said today.

Senapat Singh (75) and Savitri Singh (70) were working in a field yesterday when the tractor used threshing purposes overturned.

While Savitri died on the spot, Senapat was rushed to the district hospital where he died during treatment, they said.
