England win toss, elect to bat in fifth Test

England captain Alastair Cook won the toss and elected to bat in the fifth and final cricket Test against India here today.

Hosts India enjoy an unassailable 3-0 lead in the five-match series.

While India have brought in Ishant Sharma and Amit Mishra in place of Bhuvneshwar Kumar and last-game centurion Jayant Yadav, Liam Dawson is making his debut for England with Stuart Broad returning from an injury in place of an injured James Anderson.
