EU court finds Poland guilty of violating air quality norms

The European Court of Justice today found Poland guilty of violating air quality norms, urging it to comply without delay or face the risk of financial penalties.

"The Court of Justice finds that Poland has infringed EU law on ambient air quality," the European Union's top court said in a statement.
